In September 2022, we met Noa with the intention of having her assist us the following year in the organization and execution of fifteen wedding celebrations in Southwest France. These weddings are not conventional one-day events; they generally last at least three consecutive days, during which all guests stay at a beautifully styled venue and we provide the full catering experience.
It is a full-time operation where you are “on” 24 hours a day, always available for guests, and where friendliness, hospitality, and service can never be compromised. These are qualities that perfectly describe Noa.
Noa was always there, always had a smile on her face, and throughout the entire season she played a major role in creating many “best weekends of our lives.” It was no coincidence that not only we, but also the departing bridal couples specifically thanked Noa personally.
